Hell Blasters (ヘルブラスターズ) is a shmup developed by PlayShift Games and Wltr 3565 (Jason Vendy from Weeb Nerd Gaming) released in August 5 2021 for itch.io, then on October 7 2021 for STEAM and then on August 17 2022 for Switch.
The game is designed to look retro-styled with Famicom graphics style and 8-bit soundtrack. An arranged BGM was later added to the game.

Gameplay Overview
The player has the main shot, which can be fired focused or unfocused. And as usual, bombs are also available.
Players are also equipped with an SP weapon capable of cancelling bullets.
Scoring
Scoring consists of attacking enemies while creating a chain count.
After a stage is cleared, bonus values go like this:
- Remaining bombs amount bonus is multiplied by 50,000
- No-Miss bonus is multiplied by 100,000
- No-bomb bonus is multiplied by 150,000
- Maximum bonus is 2x multiplier.
After that, the total bonsu will form up and add up to the player´s score.
Chaining
Chaining is built up by killing enemies and cancelling bullets with the SP attack. If the chain timer depletes or the player takes damage, the chain count will break

The game offers different modes and difficulties.
-Modes
- Arcade Mode: A game mode with 5 stages.
- Story Mode: A narrative story mode that has 36 stages explaining the events of the game. Story stages have different tasks.
- Arrange Mode: A mode that has a dynamic rank system and the player has options equipped.

True Last Boss / TLB
In order to fight the TLB in Arcade mode, the player must play on Normal or Higher.
To trigger the TLB on Arrange mode, the player has to defeat the Stage 5 Boss while on Normal rank or higher.
