Seibu Kaihatsu, Inc.

Seibu Kaihatsu is a Japanese arcade game manufacturer and developer, well known for creating the Raiden series of shooting games. Seibu Kaihatsu closed their arcade business in 1999, and in 2005, the development staff departed from the company and joined MOSS, the current developers (and the rights holders) of the Raiden games.

Seibu Kaihatsu was founded as Seibu Denshi, Inc. in 1982, and released two games before changing to Seibu Kaihatsu.
