Zenohell (ゼノヘル) is a shmup by Team Grybanser Fox in 2015 using GameMaker. The events of the game take place after Zenodyne.

Gameplay Overview

The player can move the ship with the directional buttons, fire the shot, use bombs and use focus mode for alternate firing.

Scoring

---

The player destroys enemies to earn up points, while collecting medals. Collecting medals increases their value, and each medal form awards a different score value.

Modes

• Arc: The standard mode.
• Kai: A harder version of Arc Mode. Bullets fly a lot faster.
• Zor: A combination of Arc and Kai modes. A unique feature to this mode is attracting certain medals by letting go the shot button.

Fires a series of lasers. On focus mode, it moves a lot faster and has short ranged zappers.

Items

	Power-up item: Increases shot power. It also spawns when re-spawning with one life left.
	Bomb item: Grants an extra bomb. It also spawns when re-spawning with one life left.
	Medals: Spawns from destroyed enemies and cancelled bullets. Collecting them increases medal value and will increase their score value.
	1UP: Grants an extra life.

Extend requirements

---

• Stage 2: Have a high medal value, defeat the normal forms of the Stage 2 Boss and defeat it`s hidden phase.
• Stage 3: Kill both midbosses simultaneously. It will grant two 1UP items.
• Stage 5: Simply kill the 3 midbosses.

EX Stage / True last stage

---

In order gain access to the EX stage, the player must 1cc all 6 stages. If done correctly, a prompt will appear giving the player to either enter the EX stage or retreat and get the bad end. The EX stage has 3 sections, and has the 3 TLBs awaiting at the end.

• The stage 5 BGM is a remix of the Hishouzame Stage 5 BGM "Last Fighter".
• The G85-2173 ship originates from Zenodyne 2014.
• The XOP Ultra ship originates from XOP, a 2002 indie shmup by Christopher Emirzian and Toastsoft.
