RedBlue Cell (レッドブルーセル) is a shmup by LKK Game created in Unity. The game takes inspiration in Ikaruga gameplay mechanics, alongside graphics style like Recca, including it´s stages and boss sections style.

Gameplay Overview
Like in Ikaruga, the player absorb bullets of a same color to build up energy. In Retro Mode, the method to build up energy is to collect bonus items. The special attack is a 3-way burst shot, in which when fired with higher energy, the more bursts come out.
When the player destroys enemies of the same color that the player has, the word "Good" will spawn upon destroying them.
When the player destroys the side parts of a boss and then finish it off with the Burst attack, it will result in a "perfect kill".
Scoring
Scoring consists of killing most enemies with the same color, getting bonus items and finding hidden kittens.
Modes
- Normal: The standard mode. Enemies fire suicide bullets if killed with the same color.
- Hard: Enemies fire back suicide bullets at all times regardless of color.
- Retro: Ship cannot absorb any bullet color. Must dodge at all times.
- Boss Rush: Fight all bosses.
Items
Bonus: Spawned destroying certain ground capsules and from certain enemies. Grants 1000 pts. In Retro Mode, they add up an energy slot. | |
HP: Spawned after defeating bosses. Restores up 5 HP slots. At the starts, it can grant an option until getting 2 of them. Grants 2000 pts when collected with full HP. | |
Kitten: Hidden in many locations of many stages. Grants 2000 pts. |
