Parameters that exist for this template:

{{{anchor2}}} - For adding a size 2 header to the table of contents with no edit link
{{{anchor3}}} - For adding a size 3 header to the table of contents with no edit link
{{{anchor4}}} - For adding a size 4 header to the table of contents with no edit link
{{{backcolor}}} - Set the color of the content background
{{{headcolor}}} - Set the color of the top bar
