RefRain ～Prism Memories～ is a shmup by RebRank in 2011 as a Doujin game, and later re-released for STEAM in 2016.

It is the 2nd entry of the Project Blank series, and it`s storyline connects to the world of Samidare.

== Gameplay Overview ==
The game consists of killing enemies and collecting coins. 
M.E.F.A2 is basically the SP attack, and depending on the character chosen, the attack`s coverage variates. M.E.F.A2 can reach up to 6 charge levels. There`s some enemies that can only be killed using the M.E.F.A2.
Concept Reactor is like a bomb system that can neutralize some bullets and give i-frames.
If the ship gets damaged, it will turn red, meaning it`s state is critical. If it gets hit again while red, a life will be lost.

Scoring consists of a killing enemies to collect coins. If the player quickly collects a coin after it spawns, it will award a higher score value.

When clearing a stage, the bonus values go like this:

*Stage number is multiplied by 1000000 pts.
*Lives stock are multiplied by 1000000 pts. 
*Lv5 coins are multiplied by 2000 pts.
*Lv4 coins are multiplied by 1000 pts.
*Lv3 coins are multiplied by 500 pts.
*Lv2 coins are multiplied by 250 pts.
*Lv1 coins are multiplied by 50 pts
*Hit count is multiplied by 1000 pts. 
*Rank ratio variates

After that, the total bonus will be formed and will add up to the player`s score.
