Note about toaplan not going into raizing at all.

I've seen numerous references to Raizing having former Toaplan employees (probably from the same folk lore) and never actually seen who they could possibly be, so I've removed the note from the page. If anyone has any actual names, feel free to restore it and put their name their (and preferably message me about it!).
